The KISD Education Foundation is committed to supporting the academic aspirations of Kingsville ISD students through our scholarship program. Our application process is straightforward, and students can access our scholarship handbook online or through their school’s counseling office for further information on eligibility criteria and how to apply. Once accepted, scholarship recipients will be recognized at our annual award ceremony and will receive financial support towards their college education.
At the KISD Education Foundation, we believe in supporting innovation and creativity in education. That’s why we offer Innovative Teacher Grants to help educators bring their most exciting and inventive ideas to life in the classroom. Our application handbook is available online or at school counseling offices, and interested teachers can apply directly through our website. In addition to our larger grants, we also offer Mini Teacher Supply Grants, which provide funding for basic classroom supplies and materials to support day-to-day instruction. Applications for these grants are available in form format for easy submission. We are proud to provide our teachers with the resources they need to provide an enriching educational experience for all KISD students.
That’s why we host events like the State of the District address and Homecoming Tailgate, where we come together to celebrate our students and show our support for the Kingsville Independent School District. Our State of the District event is an opportunity for community members, parents, and students to learn about the latest developments in KISD and engage in important conversations about the future of our schools. Our Homecoming Tailgate is a chance to cheer on the KISD Brahma football team and enjoy a fun-filled day of food, games, and entertainment with friends and family. By getting involved in these events, you can help support the success of our students and make a positive impact on the future of our community.
